Job Description:-

  • Handling clients information with Integrity and Sensitivity.
  • Resolving Escalations from Clients.
  • Helping clients solve queries with computers and Peripherals.

Job Criteria: –

  • Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues. (100 % Inbound Voice Support, NO SALES/TARGET Based Process)
  • Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in rotational night shifts.
  • Minimum 10+2 & above. (B. TECH Eligible- EEE, ECE, Computer Science, Telecommunication & Instrumentation)
  • Transport facility available
  • 5 days working. (Two Days Rotational Week-Off)
