Job Criteria: –
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues. (100 % Inbound Voice Support, NO SALES/TARGET Based Process)
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in rotational night shifts.
- Minimum 10+2 & above. (B. TECH Eligible- EEE, ECE, Computer Science, Telecommunication & Instrumentation)
- Transport facility available
- 5 days working. (Two Days Rotational Week-Off)
