Job Description:-

  • Attending to a customer query.
  • Communicating with the customer and recommending health packages.
  • Booking appointments for patients for various locations.
  • Eliciting customer feedback and handling customer complaints maturely.
  • Interacting with customers on chat for any inquiry or request.
  • Maintaining the brand standard.
  • Giving a customer a delightful overall experience.
  • To maintain accuracy and sanctity of data.
  • Shifts: 8 am – 8 pm ( Any 10 hours)
  • Salary: 3 LPA

Skills Required:

  • Communication skills & Interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasion and convincing skills.
  • Listening skills.
  • Logical reasoning.
  • Adequate working knowledge of MS office.
